Back in the day, HP printers were the best around. They were virtually indestructible, reliable, and lasted forever. Over the last couple of decades, however, I feel embarrassed to have recommended HP to so many for their printing, scanning, faxing needs.
Their money gouging tactics are a far cry from their humble existence in the 1980s and 1990s. They seem to think they are really cool, but their smug, self-important attitude is not shared by me, the folks I've recommended them to and even installed HP devices for over the last 2 decades, nor a large majority of the users corresponding and leaving feedback online.
I do believe it's a consensus. HP HAS BECOME A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!
